And with these super low temps, my desire to get in shape has a tendency to go out the window whenever it comes to actually doing the workout. Anyone with me?
I mean, don’t get me wrong. I’m super motivated and all with the health/fitness hype during this month. Healthy Instagram accounts, recipes, FREE nutrition plans….ya know, all that good stuff. Everyone’s into it right now! I see photos of people getting in shape and I’m like YEAH! LET’S DO THIS! And then walk outside and NOPE. I think I’ll stay home and bake Healthy Chocolate Cherry Soft Cookies instead.
