Salmon Cream Cheese Bagel with Chili Crunch
I have recently become SO obsessed with these savory bagel sandwiches for lunch. While typically Salmon Cream Cheese Bagels are made with smoked salmon, I’ve been making mine with canned or leftover baked salmon for a next-level lunch or even a super quick dinner. It’s perfect for when you don’t want to cook and just need something super easy!

Ingredients
Low-Carb Everything Bagels – These low-carb everything bagels are my favorite bagels! However, feel free to use whole wheat bagels (or any type of bagel).
Light Cream Cheese – This adds such a creamy texture and balances the other ingredients for this bagel sandwich.
Canned Wild-Caught Salmon – If you have canned salmon on hand, this recipe is the perfect way to use it! It’s also great for leftover cooked salmon. Smoked salmon works great, too!
Sliced Cucumbers – Thinly sliced cucumbers add a fresh crunch to these bagels!
Chili Crunch – The star of the show? Chili crunch! Trust me, this ingredient truly brings these bagels to life, so you won’t want to skip it. If you’ve never tried chili crunch before, I’m obsessed with the Trader Joe’s chili crunch, but really any brand is great!

Making this Chili Crunch Salmon Cream Cheese Bagel recipe is SO easy and only takes about 5 minutes! Here’s how to put it together:
- Slice the bagels and lightly toast in the toaster or oven.
- Spread the cream cheese over each toasted bagel slice.
- Top with salmon, sliced cucumbers, and chili crunch to taste!

Chili Crunch Salmon Cream Cheese Bagel
Ingredients
- 2 medium low-carb everything bagels
- 4 Tablespoons light cream cheese
- 1 6-ounce can wild-caught salmon (drained)
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 2-3 teaspoons chili crunch (or to taste)
Instructions
- Slice the bagels in half and lightly toast (optional).
- Top each half with 1 Tablespoon of cream cheese.
- Add the salmon to each bagel half.
