Meal Prepping Overnight Oats
To meal prep a big batch of overnight oats, simply double or triple the recipe and keep in the fridge. You can also freeze them for later, as long as you thaw them in the refrigerator the night before!
How to Store
The best part about this make-ahead breakfast idea is that the oats can be stored so easily! Just mix them together, put them in overnight oat jars, and store. You can also keep them in a larger airtight container and just scoop out the oats in the morning!
Refrigerator – Store for up to 3-4 days. In the morning, add any toppings you want and enjoy!
Freezer – Store for up to 3 months! I like to keep the oats in airtight glass mason jars when freezing for later.
