Is that canned coconut milk or something like so delicious?
I used coconut milk from the refrigerated section, but canned coconut milk would work too!
Hi,
What size are your mason Jars?
Greetings from the Netherlands
Saskia
I believe they were 8 or 12 oz, but sometimes I use 16 oz jars!
Should the coconut milk be canned or cold?
Thanks
Kim
Hi, Kim! I typically use cold coconut milk. Enjoy the recipe!
I love oats, especially during these cold winter days! These sound and look absolutely amazing!
Me too! Enjoy the recipe, Sarah!
Ok just the name had me drooling, now i’m already planning this for a post long run breakfast!! YUM!
Haha, thanks, Amanda! SOOO perfect for a post long run meal. Enjoy!
I love waking up to breakfast! I love it even more when it involves overnight oats like this! I am excited to make this and try it out!
Me too! It’s my fave meal. Yes, they’re SO easy! Enjoy the recipe, Meg!
I know I’m gonna sound like such an alien when I say this, but I’ve never seen snow. Ahhhhh I know crazy but hearing you write about it sounds so awesome! Slightly jealous though =p But to your delicious creation, I don’t even care for bananas that much but this would totally win me over. I love how creamy and tasty it looks especially with the coconut chips on top! It could be your great recipe skills or your photog abilities but either way, I would totally devour this in a heartbeat!!
Awww! Well, it’s great for a couple of days but then it can get old pretty fast. Living in the south, it’s an exciting thing every time! And thank you, it’s SO good! You could totally omit the bananas and it should still work great. Thanks, Danielle! Enjoy! 🙂
