Tiramisu Overnight Oats Recipe
You guys have been asking me for a Tiramisu Overnight Oats recipe for a long time, and I have to say – the idea was brilliant! Why have I waited so long to make these? Inspired by my favorite Tiramisu Cupcake recipe, these oats are so, SO good.
I love making a big batch of these oats at the beginning of the week and having them on hand for healthy breakfasts, desserts, or protein snacks all week long. Make the indulgent, creamy white chocolate yogurt topping (it’s so easy) or just mix in white chocolate chips and sprinkle cocoa powder on top. No matter how you make these, I know you’ll love this creamy tiramisu oats recipe!
P.S.: I love chatting with you guys about food! If you ever have recipe ideas, suggestions, or just want to say hi, be sure to follow along on Instagram and send me a message!
What You’ll Need
Overnight Oats
- Rolled Oats
- Chia Seeds
- Chocolate Protein Powder
- Cashew Milk (or any plant-based milk. Oat milk and coconut milk are great!)
- Maple Syrup
- Espresso
- Vanilla Yogurt – Coconut yogurt is a wonderful dairy-free substitution.
Optional: add a tiny bit of vanilla extract and a sprinkle of salt for even more flavor!
Topping (Optional)
- White Chocolate Chips – Or vegan white chocolate chips.
- Coconut Oil
- Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- Cocoa Powder
TIP: If you’re not feeling the white chocolate yogurt topping, feel free to just mix in white chocolate chips into the overnight oats!
How to Make Tiramisu Overnight Oats
- Divide rolled oats, chia seeds, chocolate protein powder, milk, maple syrup, espresso, and 1/2 cup of yogurt into two jars.
- Mix together.
- Melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Slowly add the yogurt into the white chocolate mixture, 1 Tablespoon at a time, stirring until smooth.
- Smooth the topping over each overnight oats jar and lightly dust each cocoa powder.
- Add airtight lids and refrigerate overnight, then enjoy in the morning!
TIP: You can also mix everything in a large bowl, then divide into jars and add the topping!
Espresso vs. Espresso Powder
This recipe calls for brewed espresso, however, you can also use the same amount of strongly brewed coffee. Another option is to mix 2 to 2.5 Tablespoons of espresso powder (or instant coffee) and about 2 ounces of hot water!
I love using my Nespresso machine with espresso pods for quick espresso. It’s so easy to use and perfect for every day!
Meal Prepping Overnight Oats
These Tiramisu Overnight Oats can be meal-prepped and stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days! They make for the best healthy breakfast recipe or easy snack.
TIP: Did you know that overnight oats can be stored in the freezer? Freeze in mason jars with an airtight lid for up to 3 months. When ready to enjoy, thaw in the fridge the night before. Add any toppings you want in the morning!
