Let us speak about the summer-frozen-treats-problem. I’m just going to assume that you’re like me and suddenly start to crave a Sonic run every other night when the weather warms up. And every other night you try to stop those cravings but sometimes you give in and when you get there you see all of the milkshakes and slushies and and and OMG THOSE SUNDAES. Killer, y’all. The struggle. is. real.
When I say these Strawberry Chia Seed Popsicles are here to save the day….I mean literally! I’m not saying you won’t see me at Sonic once in awhile (you guys, it’s ME), but these popsicles are perfect for that summer-frozen-treats-problem!
Here’s what’s happening with these Strawberry Chia Seed Popsicles: creamy, sweet, and slightly tart strawberries with soft chia seeds that come together to create frozen perfection! I’d say it’s a pretty good situation that we ALL need in our lives. Every day. All summer long.
Shout out to the most amazing freezer pop maker and my all-time favorite blender system for making this delicious situation happen. Without those two, we wouldn’t get anywhere in life.
AND these popsicles have only 3, I repeat THREEEEEEE (because 3333333333 doesn’t have the same effect….) ingredients. Just throw the ingredients in the blender, blend, pour into the molds, freeze. Easy peasy. Vegan, gluten-free, healthy frozen treats in the blink of an eye! Life is good, y’all.
If you maybe definitely want more healthy frozen treat recipes, here are like a million of my faves:
P.S: I’m FINALLY on Snapchat!!! Let’s be friendssssss 🙂 My username is jaroflemons. DO it. You know you want to see pointless photos of me cooking things and working out with no make up on. I know it, you know it. XOXO 👻
