Heating up the avocado pasta sauce
As you pour the sauce over the warm pasta, it will naturally heat up a little bit. Serve immediately!

10-Minute Avocado Pasta Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 large avocado
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt/pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Peel and remove the seed from the avocado.
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

I made this tonight and used unsweetened original almond milk since that’s what I had on hand. I also squeezed some lemon juice in it and used fresh basil instead of dried. Oh man, it was delicious! Even my son asked for seconds! Definitely making this again!
