These Healthy Banana S’mores Bites might not be the most photogenic, but when have s’mores ever been photogenic? They’re a gooey, messy, fall apart, get-all-over-your-face type of snack. Dessert. Idk what to call these, because they really are both!
While these bites do taste a lot like s’mores, the real deal is this Healthy S’mores recipe. So good. These have less of a gooey, messy factor and more of a snack-y, filling, chocolatey goodness factor. And I’m soooo good with that. I’m more than good with that. I’m over the moon about that!
This is one of my favorite go-to snacks, especially after lunch when I’m kind of hungry but also craving something sweet. So perfect!
Two ingredients in this Healthy Banana S’mores Bites recipe (more like a put-together?) that made them epic: these amazing dark chocolate chips, and homemade granola. For the times I don’t make homemade granola, I use this granola 😉

Healthy Banana S'mores Bites
- 1 banana
- 2 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp granola
- 1 Tbsp plain greek yogurt
- Slice the banana and melt the chocolate chips for 30-40 seconds.
- Stir the chocolate.
- Spread greek yogurt and granola over a banana slice, using a second banana slice to make a sandwich.
- Dip the banana in the chocolate, and enjoy!
