- Easy to make: These yogurt cups come together in just 5 minutes with a few simple ingredients.
- Great for meal prep: Make a batch ahead of time and keep them in the freezer for an easy breakfast, snack, or healthy treat.
- Perfectly customizable: You can switch up the fruit, nuts, granola, or nut butter based on what you have on hand.
- Healthy + Protein: Made with Greek yogurt, granola, fruit, and nuts for a snack that has protein, crunch, and natural sweetness.
- Kid-friendly: These are such a fun option for kids and adults alike!

Ingredients Needed for Yogurt Cups with Granola
- Peanut Butter – Peanut butter, almond butter, or cashew butter are all great options.
- Honey – This helps sweeten the yogurt bites and holds the granola together. Agave syrup is a great option, too!
- Granola – I love keeping this Homemade Granola recipe on hand, but any type of store-bought granola also works wonderfully.
- Greek Yogurt – Whole milk Greek yogurt is best, but really any type of yogurt tastes amazing. Sweetened and flavored or plain, your choice!
- Toppings – Sliced fruit, berries, nuts, or anything else you want to add! I also like adding a drizzle of honey on top before freezing.

How to Make Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups
Making these breakfast fruit Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups only takes about 5 minutes! Here’s how to put them together in 5 easy steps:
- Mix the nut butter, honey, and granola together.
- Press into a muffin tin lined with paper or silicone muffin liners (makes about 6-7 cups).
- Add about 2-3 Tablespoons of yogurt in each cup.
- Add fruit and nuts of your choice.
- Drizzle with honey and freeze!

Tips for Freezing Yogurt Cups
- These frozen yogurt granola cups work better in silicone molds. They can work with paper cupcake liners, but they’re much easier to remove from the silicone liners after freezing!
- To remove from the muffin tin, let the yogurt cups thaw for about 3-5 minutes. Use a spatula or a butter knife to carefully lift each one out!
- Remove the frozen yogurt cups from the muffin tin and store them in an airtight container for up to 4-6 weeks.
Frozen Yogurt Cup Recipe Variations
One of my favorite things about these frozen yogurt cups is how easy they are to customize! Here are a few simple ways to switch them up:
Hazelnut twist: Swap the peanut butter or almond butter with Nutella.
Try different fruit: Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, bananas, diced peaches, or mango would all be delicious on top.
Switch up the granola: Use your favorite granola flavor to change the taste and texture. A cinnamon granola or vanilla granola would be so good in these!
Add chocolate chips: Sprinkle a few mini chocolate chips on top for a fun dessert-style version.
Make them dairy-free: Use your favorite dairy-free yogurt to easily make these dairy-free.
Add extra toppings: Chia seeds, hemp seeds, shredded coconut, or chopped pecans would all be great additions.
Use flavored yogurt: Vanilla or honey Greek yogurt can add even more sweetness and flavor.

How to Store Yogurt Cups with Granola
Refrigerator: You can store them in the fridge for a short amount of time, but they’ll be much softer and won’t hold their shape the same way. If storing in the fridge, enjoy them within 1 day.
Freezer: Store the frozen yogurt cups in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 4 weeks. Remove them from the muffin tin first, then transfer them to a freezer-safe container!
When you’re ready to enjoy one, let it thaw for about 2-5 minutes so it softens slightly and is easier to eat.
