3. Oils & Vinegars
- Olive oil

- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Balsamic Vinegar
I love olive oil and balsamic vinegar on fresh salads, like this Avocado Strawberry Spinach Salad! Avocado oil is great for cooking, and coconut oil is great for baking. Keep apple cider vinegar on hand for baking recipes and gut health!
Pro-tip: this drink has apple cider vinegar in it and actually tastes good!
4. Spices & Seasonings

This all purpose seasoning is my favorite! I also love Just Spices for seasoning blends (try out this sampler).
5. Baking

It’s great to have a muffin mix, pancake mix, cake mix, and cookie mix on hand. You never know when you’ll have a last minute brunch or party to bring one of these things too. All organic and as healthy as possible, of course!
6. Nuts & Seeds
- Almonds
- Walnuts
- Cashews
- Sunflower seeds
- Chia seeds

Nuts and seeds are great as yogurt toppings or on their own as snacks. Peanut butter is a staple, and cashew butter is great for making smoothies and recipes extra creamy (like this Banana Cashew Butter Chia Seed Smoothie)!
