If you (literally) don’t have time to cook, here’s a tip that I personally use all of the time: make a couple of these and double or triple the recipe, then use the rest as leftovers throughout the week (check out these 30-Minute Roasted Chicken Leftovers Recipes!). Eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated or take a ton of time!
