Something I do almost every single week is roast a whole, organic chicken. I love doing this because I can use the leftover pieces for recipes throughout the week! It’s a life saver and helps save a ton of time whenever it comes to meal prep and making healthy weeknight dinners. So today, I’m sharing my favorite tips and tricks on how to roast a chicken (along with delicious, 30-minute roasted chicken leftovers recipes)!
