How to Make Chicken Tortilla Soup (Crock Pot Recipe)
It’s so easy to make chicken tortilla soup in the crockpot! Here’s how to put this recipe together:
- Add chicken, chopped veggies, and part of the chicken stock in the slow cooker, then cook on high for 2.5 hours or low for about 5 hours.
- Shred the chicken inside of the slow cooker, then add in the remaining ingredients and stir.
- Cook for another 1 to 1 1/2 hours (or 2-3 hours on low).
- Add tortilla chips and any toppings, enjoy!

- Add the rest of the ingredients to the slow cooker and stir. Cook for another 1 - 1 1/2 hours on high or 2-3 hours on low (or until vegetables have softened).
