I’ve been seeing these Viral Brownie Ball all over the internet lately and knew I had to make them! I added my own Thin Mint twist, but you can make them the classic chocolate way with a couple of easy swaps. With 6 grams of protein and made with healthy ingredients (in under 25 minutes), this easy protein treat is one of my favorites to have on hand when I’m craving chocolate! These taste like the best melt-in-your-mouth no-bake brownies. They’re filling and SO good!
