Creamy, rich, thick, and sweet! This Banana Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding is a variation of the Chocolate Chocolate Chip Chia Seed Pudding recipe and is great to take with you on-the-go! I like making a big batch and then storing the servings in these little jars to take with me. Super easy!
So What’s In it?
- Chia Seeds
- Almond Milk
- Almond Butter
- Banana
- Stevia
- Cacao Nibs
- Cinnamon
- Salt
The ingredients are simple, healthy and combine to make the most delicious breakfast especially if you have a sweet tooth. The great thing is if you prefer a savory breakfast you can enjoy these as a healthy, guilt free dessert.
You get a serious banana chocolate hit that’s thick and creamy but is actually good for you, you can’t go wrong!
Chia Seeds
For this recipe I used Anthony’s Goods Organic Chia Seeds (the BEST EVER!!!). The texture of the chia seeds held up wonderfully (even after I blended them), the taste was amazing in the pudding, and they’re high in fiber, protein, calcium, omega-3’s, and antioxidants!
If you’ve never had chia seeds (first of all, whaaaaaa???), you must try them! And this Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding is a great way to start 🙂
