How to bake glazed doughnuts
You only need 7 ingredients to make the dough! Here’s how to bake glazed doughnuts in 5 easy steps:
1. Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2. Separately, combine the liquid ingredients.
3. Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together.
4. Using a piping bag (optional) with a wide round tip or the end cut off, pipe the dough into an oiled doughnut pan. Another option is to simply pour the dough into the pan!
5. Bake, let cool, and top with glaze!

The glaze
The glaze for these doughnuts is a simple mixture of powdered sugar and your choice of milk. You can also try adding different flavorings such as lemon and orange juice or zest to the glaze for a citrus twist!
TIP: When removing the doughnuts from the pan, the “bottom” of the doughnut is actually flipped to be the new “top” (since it’ll be much smoother than the other side).
To add the glaze, simply place the doughnuts face down in the glaze, remove, and let sit for about 5-10 minutes to dry.
Tips For Making Baked Glazed Doughnuts
