What you need for Healthy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
The flour
We used white whole wheat flour in this recipe because it has a milder flavor than whole wheat flour. We also added in a small amount of oat flour! However, feel free to substitute the flour with whole wheat or regular all-purpose flour.

Please make more food tutorials on coconut flour! I bought a bag thinking I could make coconut macarons (not macaroons) and never got there. Maybe some pancakes recipes too?
Christine McMichael replied:
Absolutely! I bought a huge bag too, so I’m always looking for ways to use it. Let me know if you make an amazing coconut macaron recipe! Haven’t made one yet. I always have to combine coconut flour with another flour since it’s so dry….that’s the only thing about it!
