Creamy Blood Orange Mocktail
This mocktail is like a warm spring day in a glass! And I’m obsessed, friends. There’s nothing like the refreshing juice from fresh blood oranges, lime, coconut milk, and a touch of maple syrup, all brought together with a splash of soda for a frizzy creamy drink. It’s perfectly sweet (but not too sweet), full of healthy ingredients, balanced in flavors, and just the ultimate, easy-to-make drink!

Ingredients
Blood Oranges – Juiced blood oranges are the key ingredient in this recipe! If you can’t find blood oranges, Cara Cara oranges are a great substitute. Navel oranges work, too, but they aren’t as sweet as blood oranges and are missing that beautiful red/pink color!
Coconut Milk – I used full-fat coconut milk (canned), but any type of coconut milk can still give this drink a sweet, coconut flavor! While full-fat works best, regular or lite can work as well.
Lime Juice – The lime juice in this mocktail recipe adds flavor depth and is a definite must. Use this citrus juicer to easily juice limes!
TIP: Roll them on the counter with a heavy hand first to get the most juice out of them!
Maple Syrup – Add a little bit of maple syrup to sweeten this mocktail. Feel free to add more (to taste) if you prefer a sweeter drink!
Club Soda – A splash of club soda makes for a fizzy, creamy drink that’s true perfection. You can also use ginger beer, sparkling water, or even sprite if that’s what you have on hand! However, it’s important to note that those drinks will add quite a bit of sweetness to this recipe.
Lime Wedge + Shredded Coconut – Trust me on this one, you won’t want to skip out on rimming the glass with lime and shredded coconut! It truly takes this Creamy Blood Orange Mocktail to another level and just gives it that extra something.
