TBH, my snacking these days hasn’t been something to brag about. Between making recipes for the blog and, well, LIFE, I find myself reaching for a sugary bowl of cereal (hello, delicious, sweet, empty carbs) or tortilla chips (equally as delicious and empty).
Even though I know I could be downing Matcha Chia Seed Energy Bites or Homemade Peanut Butter Protein Bars instead, the cereal and chips thing has been this strange comfort zone for me these last couple of weeks.
As it turns out, there are many great and healthy snacks beyond my snacking comfort zone, and I recently decided to go the distance and search it out (and by distance, I mean to the grocery store that I can literally see outside of my window and to the GNC down the street for my new favorite protein powder). I’ve recently discovered SO many low maintenance options, and I’m making these new snacks my comfort zone by being intentional about snacking!
Thankfully, these EASY Cinnamon Crunch Protein Bites make healthy snacking a breeze!
The Best Protein Powder to Use
These delicious bites were initially inspired by the new Quest Cinnamon Crunch Protein Powder sachets at GNC. Well, they’re new to me! 😉 I’ve been a major fan of Quest for a long time (ummm hello, have you tried their protein bars?? OMG), so I was SUPER excited to see their protein powders in so many flavors and easy-to-use packets at my local GNC! And this cinnamon crunch flavor sounded right in every way for these protein bites. It takes them to the NEXT LEVEL, y’all!
If you’re looking for a great protein powder that actually tastes amazing and is loaded with good things (20g of protein, people!), I’m loving Quest Cinnamon Crunch Protein Powder right now. You can buy it at your local GNC, along with several other amazing flavors!

How long do Homemade Protein Bites Last?
The great thing about these protein bites is that you can whip up a big batch and keep them in the fridge for up to 2 weeks! That means you just need to spend 10 minutes making them and your healthy snacks are sorted for the next week or too, it couldn’t be easier!

Well, doggone!! We just purchase ordinary vanilla whey protein powder. How boring is that???? I am a fan of GNC – hubby and I purchase the vitamins. We usually do the EAS protein powder but now you have me curious about this brand. Will have to try it.
Christine McMichael replied:
Hahaha, vanilla works great, too! This brand and flavor is truly amazing, but any protein powder will work wonderfully 🙂

These look like a great healthy energy snack. I’m always looking for other options when it comes to healthy snacking as well. It seems like that’s what I struggle with as well. It’s definitely easier to just grab some chips when you’re hungry but these would be a better alternative.

I agree, Stephanie! 🙂
