The other day I walked into my co-working space and one of my friends said, “Christine, I need you to write a blog post for the girl who’s allergic to EVERYTHING. I don’t know what to eat!”. We jokingly laughed about it, but that suggestion really hit home for me! I know SO many people who have food allergies or sensitivities these days.
I might actually think that I, myself, have a couple of food sensitivities and plan on trying to cut dairy and gluten for a few weeks to see how my body reacts.
While I in no way claim to be an expert or really have any “legit” knowledge about the food allergy world, I can’t help but notice that these sensitivities are becoming more and more common in today’s world. And I want to do whatever I can to help! In this case, it means easy and delicious recipes that are free from two of the most popular food allergy ingredients: dairy and gluten!
