Basically creamy, sweet, and healthy breakfast goodness in a bowl! Add some tropical fruit in there, and this Pineapple Mango Smoothie Bowl is filled with the ultimate beach vibes!
I don’t know about you, but I could definitely use some beach vibes right now! We just got back from Our Week In Mexico a couple of weeks ago, and I’m already craving the ocean and the sun again. Especially now that the weather is starting to warm up here in Texas!
Now, those of you who hang out here at Jar Of Lemons know that I’m ALL about a quick and easy breakfast. As much as I love cooking and baking, there isn’t an ounce of me that wants to do any of that first thing in the morning.
All I need is a massive cup of coffee and a healthy breakfast pronto! Non-morning people, unite!
