Ashley says:
I made these last night & they were super delicious!! The cabbage & carrots give the taco a nice crunch – I thought for sure I would miss cheese on a taco but I totally didn’t ;), The sriracha mix does not taste like greek yogurt at all (which is a good thing for me). I didn’t add chia seeds & I used flour instead of corn tortillas because that’s what I had. These took no time at all to make, like maybe 15 minutes? Definitely recommend making these!! 🙂
Christine McMichael replied:
So glad you enjoyed the recipe, Ashley! 🙂 I typically love cheese on tacos, too, but these Sriracha Lime Shrimp Tacos seem to do well with the veggies and Sriracha dressing. Thanks for stopping by!
