I’m obsessed with breakfast in general, but there’s nothing like being able to walk up to your fridge first thing in the morning and having breakfast ready to go in a mason jar. And it only takes about 5 minutes to prep the night before. It’s the BEST, y’all!
These Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats are seriously SO delicious. I can’t get over how much they actually taste like cheesecake! I’ve made these for breakfast so many times and my whole fam loves them. I even love them as a sweet, healthy afternoon treat! Meal prep a big batch and enjoy these oats throughout the week. - Mix rolled oats, nut butter, plant-based milk, maple syrup, and Greek yogurt together in mason jars.
- Add fresh or frozen strawberries to each jar, add the lids, and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, add a generous sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs and enjoy!

Do You Eat Overnight Oats Hot or Cold?
Overnight oats are eaten cold because they’re left overnight in the fridge, where they soak up all the delicious flavors and become creamy and comforting. They’re great because you can just grab and go in the morning when you’re in a rush or you have a healthy snack waiting for you in the fridge when you need one.
If you do want to eat them warm you can heat them in the microwave although the texture will be softer.

Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tablespoons cashew butter (or almond butter)
- 1 cup cashew milk (or almond milk)
- 2-3 Tablespoons maple syrup (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 5-6 medium fresh or frozen strawberries
- 2 Tablespoons gluten-free graham cracker crumbs (about 1 sheet, crumbled)
Instructions
- Divide the rolled oats, cashew butter, cashew milk, maple syrup, and greek yogurt into two mason jars.
- Mix together and add freshly sliced strawberries (or frozen).
- Add a lid to each mason jar and store them in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next morning, divide the graham cracker crumbs and add to each mason jar. Enjoy!
