Sweet & Sour Porkless Bites Stir Fry
I love this easy Vegan Stir-Fry! It’s the right amount of spicy, has a touch of sweetness, and is full of that umami flavor that we all know and love. If you love vegan comfort food recipes (like I do), then I KNOW you’ll love this stir fry! Here’s what I’m obsessed with about this recipe:
- It only takes about 20-25 minutes to make.
- So. Much. Flavor.
- The leftovers are still delicious!
- Even though it’s vegan, it’s full of healthy protein.
- It’s made with a secret ingredient (read below) that’s SO good!

How to Make Vegan Noodle Stir Fry
- Cook the noodles according to package directions.
- Whisk the stir-fry sauce ingredients.
- Saute the veggies in a large non-stick pan.
- Pour the sauce into the pan.
- Add the meatless protein option and cook until evenly warm!
Plant-Based Stir Fry Variations
Vegan Fried Rice – Make this recipe with delicious fried rice instead of noodles!
Vegetarian Stir Fry – Substitute honey instead of agave syrup for a vegetarian version.
Tofu Veggie Stir Fry – Use pressed, extra-firm tofu instead of the vegan protein “porkless” bites in this recipe! Just be sure to add a little extra sauce (maybe even double!) since the tofu will soak up a lot of it.
Vegetable Stir Fry – Not feeling the Gardein Porkless Bites? You can also omit them and just stick to the veggies, noodles, and sauce.
Cabbage Stir Fry (Vegan) – Substitute the noodles with shredded red or green cabbage instead!
