Here’s how to make chicken kabob in the oven:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

- Add cubed chicken to a bowl and pour the sauce on top.

- While the chicken marinates, soak skewers in water.

Oh gosh we love kabobs, We make our own tzatziki sauce too and just slather it on everything! We love a good burger but you’re right, there are days when we just want something lighter like these guys. And they look delicious! We don’t have a grill either luckily my brother-in-law does + a big backyard so we just apply inception (or Jedi mind tricks, whatever works) to make him throw BBQ parties more often haha.
