Spring is finally upon us! Well, almost. For some of us.

I would say it’s about 50/50 winter/spring here in Oklahoma. Can’t say I’m the happiest about it (which I thoroughly discussed in my most recent life update), but at the same time I’m just grateful that spring is around the corner and for the warm weather days that we are getting to enjoy!

That said, those cold winter-in-the-middle-of-spring days are no fun and definitely make me wish that I was laying on a beach soaking up the sun! Thankfully, this Healthy Mango Banana Smoothie is pretty much the beach and sun in a glass and is a great way to think about warmer days ahead!

Pro-tip: Try adding this vegan protein powder (that actually tastes amazing) to your smoothies to take them to the next level!

I’m loving this Healthy Mango Banana Smoothie for a refreshing and tropical drink, breakfast, or snack!

Not to mention that it only takes about 5 minutes to make. Winning! And especially winning since my 20-week pregnant self can’t handle standing in the kitchen for very long. So easy to make!

Guys, it’s the easiest EVER. Combine mango + banana + almond milk. Done! Isn’t that the best?

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 lb frozen mango chunks ((about 3 cups))
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk

Instructions

  • Blend everything together.

    We tried this smoothie in our old Ninja before we threw it out. It was pretty good, but the new Vitamix we got took it to the next level! Often simpler= better 🙂
