Spring is finally upon us! Well, almost. For some of us.

I would say it’s about 50/50 winter/spring here in Oklahoma. Can’t say I’m the happiest about it (which I thoroughly discussed in my most recent life update), but at the same time I’m just grateful that spring is around the corner and for the warm weather days that we are getting to enjoy!

That said, those cold winter-in-the-middle-of-spring days are no fun and definitely make me wish that I was laying on a beach soaking up the sun! Thankfully, this Healthy Mango Banana Smoothie is pretty much the beach and sun in a glass and is a great way to think about warmer days ahead!
