Ingredients for this Peach Smoothie Recipe
You’ll only need 4 basic ingredients for this easy recipe!
Peaches – Feel free to use frozen or fresh peaches! Just make sure the peaches are very ripe if using fresh.
Yogurt – Plain or vanilla greek yogurt helps thicken and add flavor/texture to this creamy smoothie. You can also use regular yogurt or a banana instead! Since yogurt has a decent amount of protein in it and is great for digestion, I love adding it to my smoothie recipes.
Milk – Almond milk or regular milk is great in this recipe, but feel free to use any kind of milk you have on hand! Freeze the milk in an ice cube tray the night before if you plan on using fresh peaches (as it’ll be the only frozen ingredient).
Honey/Maple Syrup – Since peaches can vary in sweetness quite a bit, it often helps to add a little sweetener to this smoothie. Adding a little bit of honey or maple syrup is perfect, but feel free to adjust it to taste!

- Add fresh or frozen peaches, yogurt, milk, and honey or syrup to a blender.

That’s it! Add any toppings you want (coconut chips, goji berries, fresh fruit) to take it up a notch.

Tips for Adding More Protein to your Peach Smoothie
- Use cottage cheese instead of Greek yogurt. It blends in perfectly and gives this smoothie a peach cheesecake flavor!
- Add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder.
- Blend in chia seeds.
Peach Smoothie Variations
- Add spinach or kale for a veggie boost. You won’t taste it at all, and it’s a great way to sneak in some greens first thing in the morning.
- Use coconut milk instead of almond milk for a slightly tropical flavor. It makes the smoothie even creamier and adds a touch of natural sweetness.
- Swap the yogurt for plain Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt if you prefer. You can also use a flavored option to add a little variety.
- Blend in a banana for an even creamier texture and a little extra natural sweetness.
- Toss in chia seeds or flaxseeds for more fiber and healthy fats. I love how these tiny ingredients make a big nutritional impact.
- Make it a smoothie bowl by using less milk and topping it with granola, fresh fruit, and a drizzle of nut butter.
