How to make this Peach Yogurt Smoothie recipe
For this recipe, you’ll need 4 basic ingredients:
1. Peaches
Feel free to use frozen or fresh peaches!
2. Yogurt
Plain or vanilla greek yogurt helps thicken and add flavor/texture to this creamy smoothie. You can also use regular yogurt or a banana instead! Since yogurt has a decent amount of protein in it and is great for digestion, it’s helpful to add it to smoothie recipes. We love it in this Peach Yogurt Smoothie!
3. Your choice of milk
We loved using almond milk in this recipe, but feel free to use any kind of milk you have on hand! Freeze the milk in an ice cube tray the night before to add to this smoothie the next day.
4. Honey or agave syrup (optional)
Since peaches vary in sweetness, it often helps to add a little sweetener to this recipe. Adding a little bit of honey or agave syrup is just what it might need!
