Coconut Peach Popsicles (2 Ways)
Method 1: Coconut Peach Turmeric Popsicles
This variation is my original recipe that I’ve been making for YEARS. It includes coconut milk, fresh or frozen peaches (depending on the time of year and how sweet fresh peaches are), turmeric, cinnamon, maple syrup, and shredded coconut. It’s such a refreshing treat that’s full of healthy ingredients!
Method 2: Peach Magnum Bars
Recently I saw mango magnum bars on Instagram and KNEW I had to try this out with my peach popsicles! For this method I omit the turmeric and cinnamon (as the flavors don’t pair as well), and then dip the peach coconut popsicles in white chocolate. It’s an indulgent treat that’s so fun for a summer dessert!
Inspired by: Homemade Creamy Peach Popsicles

Ingredients
For Coconut Peach Turmeric Popsicles:
- Full-Fat Coconut Milk – Creates that rich, creamy base. You can use light coconut milk for a lower-fat version, but the texture won’t be as silky.
- Peaches – Fresh or frozen both work great! Just make sure they’re ripe and sweet.
- Maple Syrup – A touch of natural sweetness that pairs perfectly with the peaches.
- Ground Turmeric (optional) – Adds a beautiful golden color and a warm, earthy flavor.
- Ground Cinnamon (optional) – Enhances the cozy notes of the turmeric.
- Shredded Coconut (optional) – Adds texture and a hint of tropical flavor.
For Peach Magnum Popsicles:
- White Chocolate Chips (dairy-free if needed) – Melts into that signature sweet coating.
- Coconut Oil – Helps smooth and thin the chocolate for easy dipping.

How to Make Coconut Peach Popsicles
These popsicles come together in just 5 minutes with just a few simple ingredients! All you’ll need is a blender and a popsicle mold to get started. Here’s how to make the best coconut peach popsicles:
1. Blend the Base
Combine coconut milk, peaches, and maple syrup in a blender. For the turmeric version, add turmeric and cinnamon too.
2. Add Texture (Optional)
Spoon shredded coconut into the bottom of each mold and swirl some on top if you like extra texture.
3. Pour and Freeze
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, add sticks, and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
4. For the Magnum Version
Skip the turmeric and cinnamon, then dip the frozen popsicles in melted white chocolate mixed with coconut oil. Let set in the freezer again before serving.

Tips/Variations
- Use frozen peaches for a shortcut! They’re just as sweet and juicy as fresh.
- If using fresh peaches, make sure they are ripe and in season for optimal flavor and sweetness.
- Make this recipe vegan & dairy-free by using dairy-free white chocolate chips.
- Add protein by blending in a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder.
- Try different fruits like mango, pineapple, or strawberries for fun variations!
Variation Idea: Try making Peach Ginger Popsicles by swapping the turmeric for ginger instead!
How to Store
Freezer – Store these popsicles in the mold or transfer them to a freezer-safe bag or container. They’ll keep for up to 3 months!
Magnum Bars – Once dipped and set, wrap each bar in parchment paper and keep them in an airtight container to prevent freezer burn.
