Ingredients
Peanut Butter – Peanut butter, almond butter, or cashew butter are all great options.
Honey – This helps sweeten the yogurt bites and holds the granola together. Agave syrup is a great option, too!
Granola – I love keeping this Homemade Granola recipe on hand, but any type of store-bought granola also works wonderfully.
Greek Yogurt – Whole milk Greek yogurt is best, but really any type of yogurt tastes amazing. Sweetened and flavored or plain, your choice!
Toppings – Sliced fruit, berries, nuts, or anything else you want to add! I also like adding a drizzle of honey on top before freezing.

Debra says:
Does it work well to make these the night before to eat the next day? Will they keep in the frig overnight without drying out?
Christine McMichael replied:
I would recommend making the shells the night before and keeping them in an airtight container (once they have cooled, so they don’t get soggy). Then fill them in the morning 🙂
Emily Kemp says:
These breakfast cups are sooo cute, what a great idea can’t wait to try them!
Tracy says:
Do you know of anything I could use instead of the dates?
Christine McMichael replied:
Hi, Tracy! The dates help hold the texture of the shells. If you’re looking to replace them, I would possibly try 5 Tbsp of extra honey or almond butter instead. I’ve never tried that, but it’s worth a shot!
