- 2 Tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 pound sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Heat up the avocado oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add in the sliced mushrooms and stir.
- Add the garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir again and cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and browned.
