1. Apricots
Apricots are low in calories and great for digestion. They are good for eye, skin, bone, and heart health! Apricots are great in yogurt parfaits or as a delicious and healthy snack.
2. Avocados
Avocados are everyone’s favorite superfood, and for good reason! They are considered a superfood because of their high levels of minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants. Avocados contain monounsaturated fats, which are great for your metabolism and help you stay full longer. They are also good for your heart, eyes, brain, kidneys, bones, and so much more! Avocados are great in salads, or on the side for dinner recipes.
3. Bananas
Bananas are a great source of Manganese, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Fiber, and Potassium. They can help fight infection, obesity, depression, anxiety, and sugar cravings! Bananas can also enhance nutrient absorption and are a great source of energy. Bananas are perfect as a delicious and healthy snack!
4. Cherries
There are some really cool health facts associated with cherries! Cherries can soothe arthritis pain, boost memory power, prevent inflammation, and they help promote better sleep. Great info on all these fruits, we do love fruits and eat tonnes of. Nice to know some facts about them that I actually did not know about. I never knew lime is so good for diabetes, I need to recommend them to my parents in law – they are both diabetic so a lime drink a day would probably help them greatly.
