Solid recipe- was excited to try with my new almond flour:) I had cornstarch on hand and it worked great. but as I have to avoid eggs, swapping out chia eggs here didn’t quite work, still tasty (after I added more Greek yogurt and some milk as it was so thick). Maybe 2 eggs and 2 chia eggs would work. Has anyone tried adjusting this way?
