Mocha Overnight Oats Recipe
These Mocha Overnight Oats are a breakfast dream come true! I can’t get over how thick, creamy, and chocolatey they are. Every spoonful is full of so much goodness! Here’s what I’m loving about them:
- 5 Minutes Prep – That’s it! After you prep them, just pop them in the fridge and quickly add the topping in the morning. These overnight oats are so easy!
- 26 Grams Protein – Even though they taste indulgent and like a sweet dessert, I love that they are high protein and a healthy breakfast option.
- Batch Them/Meal Prep – The recipe below is for 2 servings, but you can easily double or triple it to meal prep several for the week ahead!
- Adjust the Topping – Not feeling the chocolate yogurt topping? Just add chocolate chips, fruit, cacao nibs, or whatever you want.
- Coffee + Chocolate – There’s no better way to start the day off than with a little coffee and chocolate boost!
