My toddler is a finicky eater. Is this normal?

Yes! Rest assured sweet momma, this is totally normal! After infancy a toddler’s growth rate slows down significantly, along with their appetite.

How much should my toddler be eating?

It’s suggested to offer your toddler 3 meals a day, but don’t be surprised if they skip meals. Although it can be stressful to watch our kids skip a meal, it’s very common. Keeping a schedule for meal and snack times can be helpful so your child knows when to expect food.
