- Maple Syrup – Naturally sweetens these apple cinnamon overnight oats.

Tips for Making Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
- Make it the night before so it has enough time to soak and develop all the delicious flavors.
- You can add any additional flavors and spices, like vanilla extract or nutmeg!
- You can sweeten the oats to your preference with maple syrup, honey, or brown sugar.
- Feel free to add dried fruit, nuts, or seeds.
- These oats can be made individually in mason jars, or create a big batch in a bowl and store with an airtight lid!
- Feel free to double or triple the recipe for the week ahead.
- Enjoy these apple pie overnight oats cold or warm! I prefer them cold, but they can also be heated up in the microwave for a few seconds (before adding the apple) to warm. You may add a little bit of extra milk if warming them up!
How to Store Apple Overnight Oats
Refrigerator – Overnight oats can be stored in the refrigerator (ideally) for 2-3 days. However, I’ve stored mine for up to 4-5 days!
Freezer – Did you know that overnight oats can also be made ahead of time and stored in the freezer? Simply make the oats the night before and store them overnight in the fridge. The next day, add fresh fruit and place an airtight lid on the mason jar. Keep in the freezer for up to 3 months!
When ready to enjoy, thaw out the overnight oats in the fridge the night before. You can also thaw them out in the microwave for a few seconds, too!
